I have read about the Karen Peoples since I was a teenager and in January 2010 I am taking part in the tenth anniversary trek to see the countryside, learn more about them, visit the projects and raise money for them.

Dad and daughter will be holding the fort in my absence. I am aiming to raise £2,000 – This goes directly towards projects such as providing clean water and education that will help the Karen People to build a better future.
